Searching for the correct Childcare solution can be a very time consuming and sometimes stressful ordeal. We aim to help make this process, as smooth and easy as possible for you.
Cuddles specialise in helping you identify your Childcare needs. We then employ a variety of recruitment and placement processes to ensure that your Childcare professional (whether it be Nanny, Au pair, Maternity Nurse etc) has the correct skills and personality to provide a loving, safe and caring environment for your children.
On receipt of your registration form, detailing your Childcare requirements, you will be contacted by us to organise either an 'At Home' meet and greet or a telephone call with a Cuddles Consultant to discuss your needs further. At Cuddles we realise the importance of incorporating a more personal touch for families in their search for the perfect childcare solution.

To help you find reliable, affordable top quality childcare and support you throughout, with a friendly professional service.
Following a placement we will endeavor to continue our service to you by a follow-up call within the first month, and every 6 months thereafter, to ensure that you and your Childcare professional are happy with your arrangement.
How Cuddles register their Childcare professionals
All Cuddles Childcare professionals undertake an initial telephone interview before being invited to meet a Cuddles Consultant. The Childcare professional will then undergo an extensive interview (approx 1 hour).
All Cuddles Childcare professionals registered will have their identity confirmed by 2 forms of ID including a Passport. The applicants Childcare qualifications will be checked where appropriate. We will follow up at least two recent references and confirm their work history.
We will only send an applicants C.V for your perusal once the Childcare professional is fully registered and actively searching.

Nanny Tax
On employing a Cuddles Childcare professional, you become an employer. Therefore you are responsible for any Tax and NIC that need to be made. For more information please go to: www.nannytax.co.uk

Cuddles Employment Contract
Once you have selected your Childcare professional to join your family, Cuddles will provide a template for a sample contract that stipulates the terms and conditions of employment. This contract should be signed and agreed by both parties prior to commencement of employment.
How to interview a Cuddles Childcare Professional
As soon as Cuddles finds what we think would be a great applicant for you, we will organise a convenient time for both parties to meet. Once an interview is organised Cuddles will send you a copy of 'Interviewing a Cuddles Childcare Professional'. This covers questions which may be helpful to ask the applicant. We encourage all employers to carry out their own reference checks. Cuddles is an introductory agency. We are not liable for the Childcare Professionals.
